सत्करोति
ज्ञानानि
नेयः
पौरहिते
रतः
।
सतां
धर्मानुगस्त्यागी
स
राजा
राज्यमर्हति
॥
English Translation
That king truly deserves to govern who honours knowledge, who is devoted to the no scriptures and the good of his people, who wends the path of the righteous, and who is liberal.
