शक्रचापप्रतिमेन
धन्वना;
भृशाततेनाधिरथिः
शरान्सृजन्
।
बभौ
रणे
दीप्तमरीचिमण्डलो;
यथांशुमाली
परिवेषवांस्तथा
॥
English Translation
The son of Adhiratha, with his large bow like that of Shakra fully drawn, went on throwing his arrows; indeed in that fight he looked brilliant like the sun with his firing rays in the midst of his corona.
