व्यभिचारान्नरेन्द्राणां
धर्मः
संकीर्यते
महान्
।
अधर्मो
वर्धते
चापि
संकीर्यन्ते
तथा
प्रजाः
॥
English Translation
Virtue diminishes in strength on account of the misconduct of the kings, and sin becomes predominant. Thereon the subjects grow less.
