जितेन्द्रियत्वाद्वशिनः
शुक्लत्वान्मन्दरोगिणः
।
अल्पबाधपरित्रासाद्भवन्ति
निरुपद्रवाः
॥
English Translation
Owing to their control over their passions they are well-governed in mind; by practising Yoga they are devoid of disease and by the absence of sorrow and fear they are free from (mental troubles).
