Chapter 14.8 - Verse 3

Sanskrit Text

उमासहायो भगवान्यत्र नित्यं महेश्वरः आस्ते शूली महातेजा नानाभूतगणावृतः

English Translation

There the powerful and worshipful god of great power accompanied by his wife Uma, and armed with his trident, and surrounded by wild goblins of many sorts, following his random wish or fancy, constantly lives in the shade of huge forest trees, or in the caves, or on the rugged peaks of the great mountain.
