धर्मश्चार्थश्च
कामश्च
त्रितयं
जीविते
फलम्
।
एतत्त्रयमवाप्तव्यमधर्मपरिवर्जितम्
॥
English Translation
Virtue, wealth, and pleasure, these three form the fruit of life. Onc should win these three by means of being free from impropriety and sin.
