Chapter 13.101 - Verse 38

Sanskrit Text

निर्यासः सरलश्चैव कृत्रिमश्चैव ते त्रयः इष्टानिष्टो भवेद्गन्धस्तन्मे विस्तरतः शृणु

English Translation

Some incenses consists of exudations. Some are made of fragrant wood set on fire. And some are artificial, being made by the hand, of various articles mixed together. Their scent is of two sorts, viz., agreeable and disagreeable. Listen to me as I describe the subject fully.
