अनागतं
विजानीयाद्यच्छेद्भयमुपस्थितम्
।
पुनर्वृद्धिक्षयात्किंचिदभिवृत्तं
निशामयेत्
॥
English Translation
A king should determine all future dangers; when they are present, he should conquer them; and lest they may grow again, he should, even after conquering them, consider them, as unconquered.
